Exceptional. Fresh, bright, aromatic hops that aren't mouth-numbing and don't overpower the subtle spiciness from the Rye--which is a refreshing variation from typical grain profiles. Might even taste better after warming closer to room temperature, almost like an English bitter cask ale. Nice copper sort of color.
Wonderfully balanced all around, and a nice change from the typical onslaught of microbrews, without throwing anything too weird at you. Other than the label artwork. That is weird. But also delightfully weird.
