2018 batch 7.3 ABV 22 IBU
I had the beer on tap at the tap room, plus now drinking from a can.
Deep amber pour with a decent head, that leaves some lacing
Smell bread and caramel.
Flavor mostly sweet caramel, with some bread and plum, hints of honey. plus like a micro amount of smoke and a hop spice.
Smooth, a good to sip on beer as you allow it to warm up to taste the complexity of different flavors.
