Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, medium amber colored body. Off white head, which minimizes. Spots of lacing slide down into the body.
Aroma has some campfire smoke and toasted malts.
Taste is sweet, hearty, and smoky. Flavors of toasted malt, pear, and apple. Aftertaste fades quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Carbonation is rather flat.
Smoked dark beer.
