Thanks to Peter for picking up this growler in Eau Claire.
A: clear, copper color, some head but not much, (Peter had sampled a few glasses the night before I tried this)
S: full nose, good roasted malt, chewy, grainy
T: very nice, clean, slight roasted malt up from with good hop balanced bitterness, tending more to sweeter side
M: grainy, well balanced

A: Pours an exceptionally clear copper-bronze color, with a sizeable off-tan head. Beautiful color. Good retention.
S: Toasty malts, cracker, with a light spicy European hop character.
T: Crisp malt, graham cracker, toasty malt character. Light spiciness imparted by the hops aids in balancing the malt character in the finish. Subtle honey character and a pleasant nuttiness emerges as it warms a bit.
M: Medium body, medium carbonation. Finish is clean with crisp malt character mingling with the light spicy hop bitterness.
O: Spring has arrived! The perfect beer to celebrate warmer weather after finishing some yard work. So happy to have a local brewery pumping out delicious lagers!
