Served on-tap at 508 Gastrobrewery in New York, NY
A: Pours a very hazy pale straw yellow in color with minimal amounts of visible carbonation and some faint lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of briny saltiness with lighter aromas of lemon and some hints of sourness.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of tart lemons with a light amount of briny saltiness. The beer has a moderate amount of sourness but it fades rather quickly.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very light hints of acidic prickliness.
O: I found the beer to be quite refreshing and easy to drink - this would be an excellent brew on a hot summer afternoon. Nice balance between the saltiness and the sourness. Definitely recommend this one.
