Served on-tap at 508 Gastrobrewery in New York, NY
A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass with some golden yellow + orange highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall off-white foamy head that reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit malts with some light fruit (white grape) sweetness. Some light hints of yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of biscuit malts with a light amount of light fruits (white grape). Faint notes of yeastiness. Minimal amounts of bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly chalky.
O: Not the hugest fan of this beer, I really did not love the chalkiness to the mouthfeel. Flavors and aromas were ok but not really anything special. Since there are much better options at this brewery, I would probably skip this one.

A: The beer is slightly hazy light golden yellow in color. It poured with a finger high off white head that died down and left a layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass. The head eventually completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and also has slight hints of bitterness, chalkiness and sweetness.
M: It feels a bit shy of medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is one of the better blonde ales that I've had. It's easy to drink for a craft beer novice but has enough flavors to satisfy a beer connoisseur.
