Served on-tap at 508 Gastrobrewery in New York, NY
A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale golden yellow in color with very light amounts of active visible carbonation streaming form the bottom of the glass. The beer has a thin (less than 1/8 finger) slightly fizzy off-white head that reduces to a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: The dominate aroma is that of the cherrywood smoked malts with some lighter notes of herbal + pine/resin hops.
T: Upfront the flavor has some light amounts of cracker malts with a moderate to strong flavor of cherrywood smoked malts. There are some light notes of medicinal/iodine flavors from the smoking of the malts and a light presence of herbal + pine/resin hops in the finish. Light amounts of lingering bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be really enjoyable - it is a sessionable smoked beer which is not something I was expecting to come across. Easy to drink as the smoked flavors are not overpowering but it has a nice cherrywood presence which I have come to enjoy as a BBQ fan and having travelled across the South (US).

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down and left some lacing on the collar and the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of smoked cherry wood are present in the nose.
T: Much like the smell, the taste prominently features flavors of smoked cherry wood and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink but is surprisingly flavorful for having such a low alcohol content.
