On draft at the brewpub.
Poured a light copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured balmy notes of grapefruit and pine with a generous amount soft caramel.
The taste consisted of a resinous piney and citric hop that lingered throughout the experience. Toasted malts detected as well.
The mouthfeel was toward the finer side of the style with a vigorous carbonation.
Overall a very well made DIPA.
