Pours a nice hazy a slightly pale golden color with some slight bright orange hues. Nice dense and lively 1 inch head rises within the slender saison glass.
Aroma is quite delicious. Chalky yeast notes with nice funk and fruity esters. The nectarines add a delicious fresh slightly sweet/tart note to the nose. Grainy and refreshing in the nose.
Flavor kicks it up a notch. Delicious notes of nectarine tartness are present and mix in with some good malty sweetness. Nice slight yeasty sweet esters and funk are present. Mild farmhouse notes play well with the nectarine fruityness. Light airy and delicious.
