Pours a pale murky yellow with a white cap and dotted lacing. Super fruity nose: orange, peach, pineapple, lemon, lime, and yuzu with floral hops and big airy and estery yeast. Taste is more dialed into the citrus and yeast, wetter and less estery than the nose. Feel dries out through the sip, is ethereal in delivery with considerable brightness that just lifts and then sings on the palate, helping you forget how new world this is for a moment

Deep golden color with excellent clarity. There's a fingernail of off white on top. Sweet aroma of pale light malt. I taste plenty of gently sweetened light malt and a slightly acidic note from the yeast is present in the finish. The body is moderately carbonated, dry, and crisp.

Bottled June 2015
L - Pours an opaque orange body with a one finger eggshell head.
S - Nice belgian qualities. Nothing really sticks out. Just a solid belgian golden ale.
T - Lovely banana, bready & belgian yeast qualities. Really straight forward.
F - Medium bodied and medium carbonation.
O - True to the style. Not mind blowing, but very good.
