Free Verse was brewed by our former spokesmodel, Jonathan Moxey, back in September of 2017. With a malt bill consisting of heavy handed additions of multiple types of wheat and flaked oats, it was first racked into stainless onto a mixed culture. Then racked into oak and let lay for 6 months, and had been conditioning with Brettanomyces in package for an additional 20 months. Maybe we forgot about it, maybe we didn’t. We dig it nonetheless.
