We brewed this hazy IPA with our friends from Other Half in Brooklyn, NY. With a malt bill constructed upon European grown Pilsner and both Flaked Oats and Wheat, we utilized our house ale yeast blend to amplify the heavy dry-hopping. First crushed with some 2019 Citra, then finished off with more 2019 Citra, 2019 Mosaic and 2019 Galaxy (from our budz at OH). This hoppy brew reminds us shotgunning carbonated pineapple juice, Sour Diesel carts, sun baked mango slices, and trippy Ferris Wheels rides in a hop wind tunnel.

Big thanks to Seth for including this one in an amazing box. Looking forward to trying this one.
Pint can - no date ("cauliflower in space") - poured into an ale tulip at 46°F.
Pours a full on turbid, almost milky deep yellow hue, topped with two large fingers of foamy, rocky white head with excellent retention. Head slowly recedes to a foamy cap and thick collar, leaving significant lacing behind.
Nose: An immediate explosion of Citra hops. Aromas of guava, lychee, pineapple, mango, melon. There's some overripe fruity Galaxy dankness, some papaya, apricot, and a distinct peaches and vanilla cream note. The Mosaic doesn't contribute a whole lot, but there is a fresh, grassy, herbal green note beneath all the fruity notes. Extremely pleasant and aromatic.
Palate: The beer just erupts with a force that was well hidden on the nose. An absolute bombardment of hops that almost overwhelms the senses for a moment. Guava, passionfruit, pineapple, mango, lychee, some signature musty dank Galaxy, with a ton of apricot, with overripe peach and papaya, a hint of melon, a whisper of white grape. Some green, vegetal Mosaic notes on the back end, leading into a full, resinous, moderately bitter finish which ultimately concludes with Galaxy, and lingers quite a while. Pungent. The malt base has sweetness, but it's restrained, and the pils malt and flaked wheat really help to give this a nice, pale, slightly grainy base that doesn't add any sweet honey or syrupy flavours.
Mouthfeel/Body: If big, fluffy, creamy, pillowy, milkshake IPAs are your thing, then this is about as good as it gets. This IPA has every characteristic of a beer that's overloaded with lactose, without any of the nastiness of lactose. If it wasn't for the lack of lactose flavour, I'd be certain this was a milkshake beer. Full-bodied, creamy, soft, fluffy - very much like a milkshake, while still managing to have a wonderful crisp element to it. Most beers drink smaller than they are - this one drinks like a huge double IPA, and while this is 7.5% ABV, I wouldn't doubt it for a second of someone told me it was 10%. Effervescence is definitely on the lower side. Fairly wet. Very juicy.
Overall: This is very impressive. I've never had a Perennial IPA, and I've only had one Other Half IPA, but this is really quite well put together, and it definitely bears resemblance to the Other Half IPA I had. The hop profile is perfectly balanced, and each varietal brings signature flavours to the table. I love how it isn't sweet, yet brings that huge DDH double milkshake IPA thing, without having to use any lactose, which I am not fond of. A bit pungent, and definitely flaunts the DDH treatment, bur for what it's going for, it absolutely nails it. Very well done.

Crowler from Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells fantastic - there's candied pineapple, lemon, melon, and some dank greenery.
This definitely leans towards OH hop gameplay, which makes sense, given they were involved here. The taste is similarly great - there's a juicy and dank pineapple and melon thing, some lemon zest, and a bit dankness on the back end - a weedy and herbal bitterness that works very well. This is all quite pungent and delicious.
This is light bodied, juicy, and very clean, with a great drinkability. This is the ABV I want for nearly all of my IPAs.
Taking down 32oz of this presented no problem whatsoever.
