Giant Steps Blend 3 is a blend of various oak-fermented saisons. A portion was refermented in oak with Brazilian rainforest honey, and a smaller portion is from our first year of spontaneously-fermented coolship beers. This beer reminds us of slicing honey-dipped apricots with a flint knife, catching lightning bugs on humid summer nights and hikes through a forest of peach trees with your mouth wide open.

Beautifully glowing hazy orange with a fluffy white head settling to a fine yet persistent collar.
Refreshingly tart of citrus notes pairing with an airy oak and a very mild funk, it opens up with a hint of floral honey over time.
The crisp medium body finishes bone dry.
