Disquietude is a blend of various threads of barrel aged projects that we put together with our good bud Alex from The Rare Barrel. We tasted thru our barrel stock on the Friday before MWBBF in 2019 and came up with a blend of various barrels and a touch of foeder beer that ranged in age from 12-20 months. In early August of 2019, we racked this blend onto 800 pounds of fresh Missouri peaches where it continued to ferment and age in stainless steel for an additional 3.5 months. Bottled in early December 2019, and let to naturally condition and carbonate in bottle, we are all excited to share this beautiful showcase of Missouri peaches with you all.

Pretty good- cloudy golden orange body. Medium lactic acidity, big peach sweetness not quite peach rings; has a bit of lemon and citrus also. Drinks like an AWA. Medium bodied, good carbonation, a bit of acetone and green apple on the finish.

Poured with friends on 10/9/21. Pours a creamy yellow hue with slight fluffy head. Smells a like a funky fruit. Not really peach, but in the realm of a stone fruit in a barn kind of thing. Taste comes out with a nice tang of the fruit, that fades away, into a very dry/salivating finish. My friends and I really enjoyed this beer.
