Next up in our series of collaborations celebrating our 10th year, we reached out to our good buds at Fonta Flora Brewery in North Carolina. Jermey and Todd suggested that we brew our take on one of their finest beers. Brewed with pilsner malt and lots of heritage rice, we first fermented this saison with our house Belgian strain, before spunding mid-fermentation and lagering for an additional 7 weeks. Full bodied, yet one of the biggest crushers we’ve made. We’re all super excited to share this lagered saison with everyone.
