Echolocation 2022 is our wheat saison that has experienced time and space in 3 vessels. First primary fermentation in a stainless steel fermenter, then a 10 month slumber in a large format French Oak Foeder, and finished in French Oak Barriques for an additional 7 months. Finally blended together and packaged into green glass bottles and kegs on the 16th of August 2022 where it has been conditioning since. Contains wheat.

Perhaps chill hazed, not sure if clear, but appearing yellow-gold with a lumpy, fuzzy white foam head.
This is one of those saisons giving peanutty malt, pairing or confusing the mild funk, but strongly countered and contrasted by tart lime.
