poured from a black-waxed 750mL bottle into a perennial snifter. pours a thick, viscous black with a thin brown foam cap. dark chocolate, oak, bourbon and cherries in the nose. taste follows with much more chocolate and bourbon than cherries. thick, viscous mouthfeel with just enough carb on the finish. this was really good. tons or chocolates and barrel and just a hint of dark fruits. delicious.
