Perennial Artisan Ales

Blend of two foeder aged saisons, one of which is more Brett forward & the other more lactic forward. After an extended aging in large format oak, it was racked into stainless steel onto almost 4lbs per gallon of Michigan grown Blueberries. It fermented & aged on the blueberries + a house blend of Brett for 10 weeks before being packaged into green glass bottles on September 13th, 2022, where it has been conditioning since.
