Giant Steps Blend 5 features Vignoles grapes grown by our friends at Chandler Hill Vineyards. 13-month old barrel fermented saison was racked onto 300lbs of cold soaked and pressed Vignoles where it fermented and aged on the grapes for three weeks - before being racked back into oak, where it aged for an additional eight months.
