A twist on our original Pale Ale, this version is light and refreshing but full of delicious hop flavor. Bittered with Bravo hops and finished with 40 lbs of fresh local wet hops from Cape Farms, it is the perfect beer to enjoy on a cool September day.

Served on-tap at the brewery.
A - Pours hazy brown-ish amber with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating, leaving sticky webs of lace on the glass.
S - Pretty much all malt in this one. Hints of grassy and piney hops are very faint and pretty much non existent. Not sure where all those wet hops went...
T - Starts off with a very quick hit of grassy, herbal and piney hop bitterness that is quickly washed away by the tsunami of malt leaving nothing behind in its wake. Finish is very malty with a little bit of bitterness, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Same story as the rest, all malt with a tiny bit of hop bitterness shining through.
O - Are they sure they didn't fresh malt this rather than wet hopping? Seriously tastes like they took a really old keg of their pale ale and tried to save it by adding some wet hops to it. I chocked down the rest of my glass and got something else to wash this one away.
