With sharp acidity and a refreshingly dry finish. Higbee is a golden sour ale with a gentile rustic funk. Blended to be well rounded and favor a strong Brett presence.
Higbee Beach, a stone's throw from CMBC, is named for bootlegger Thomas Higbee, who still roams the rustic trails and unforgiving landscape, eluding capture by the agents of the law sent to nab him. Keep the peace by offering him a bottle of the beer that bears his name.

This is a good complex beer. It's appearance is light and effervescent. It smells and tastes like a dry white wine. A nice crisp mouthfeel accompanies the tart, but not too sour, taste. Great work on this beer
