Pinky Lee is a Strawberry Milkshake IPA brewed with an obscene helping of the finest strawberry purée we could get our hands on. A hefty amount of oats, wheat, and lactose bring the body, with vanilla softening the edges and really bringing out the creaminess. Pinky Lee would be more at home coming from your favorite custard stand.

Strawberry custard in IPA beer form.
a) Luscious and creamy looking, pink ish
s) Like many fruit beers the fruit bomb masks the beer.
t) But not so the taste which pleases with the freshness and currency of the strawberry puree melded with their core IPA.
f) Fine, slightly sweet, cleans up in the finish.
o) Finally, fruit beers done right, but I think only at the brewer where it's fresh of the stand.
