We took our Coast Guard-inspired Northeast Pale Ale and sent it over to our Sour and Funk Facility for a few months to age with our friend Brett. Three months with him has left Always Bretty drier with subtle rustic funky undertones, with a fruitier, more tropical finish. We changed up the dry-hops on this one to complement the pineapple tropical undertones, opting for Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic to balance out the rustic funky undertones and lush citrus fruit vibes.
