Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Pale lemon yellow, very light with a faint turbid but mostly hazy appearance. Big ripping white thick head, creamy and with four fingers of easy height and lots of staying power. Looks like lemon meringue pie in a glass, even with lots of soapy cling lacing. Very unique looking NEIPA.
Neat hop aromatics on the nose. Quite diverse, with a first hit of dank and earthy qualities, then even some more exotic such as dill pickle like herbs and a small hit of tropical fruit. The dill note is exceptionally dominating and very fascinating and enjoyable.
Palate seems a bit at odds if acceptable. Slight juicy notes with briney like flavors hinted on the nose. Slightly chalky mouthfeel with faint hints of pineapple and more grass and herbal qualities. Finishes very leaf like flavors of chlorophyll and green grass mostly instead of fruit, with some clashing brine and even some weed.
The hop angle seems all over the place, with many of the flavors not really complimenting each other. Ok, but there's better from them for sure.

Can into pint glass. Pours a hazy straw color with a nice off-white head; great lacing. Initial impression is juicy pineapple, coconut, and mango. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Finish is somewhat sweet, but still trends mostly toward the citrus end of the spectrum. Overall, another excellent NEIPA from Cape May!
