Many thanks to Knapp85 for this can.
A - Pours a really clear medium gold color with dense, frothy bright white lacing. Carbonation is moderate.
S - Sticky, floral, estery. No more, no less. That's it.
T - A little different than the nose. A light caramel malt base with a little bit of toasted toffee in it, some juicy floral, a little bit of estery fruity presence, and ends with some bitterness to try and even out the sweetness. The alcohol in this beer does rear it's head, especially on the initial sips.
M - Big silky body with light prickly carbonation that quickly gets lost in the thickness of the beer. There is also some warming in the back of the throat but not alot.
O - I haven't had many Blonde Barleys so enjoying this one. Happy 12th Anniversary Cape May!
