Blended with El Dorado and Sabro hops, this brew is bursting with notes of pineapple, tangerine, stone fruit, and coconut. Golden Naked Oats balance out and carry the hops, creating a velvety, smooth texture.

Like most DIPAs, this one is too coarse for me. When booziness overpowers juiciness and hops flavor I just loose interest. I’d rather sink my teeth into their “Always Ready” or regular IPA any day.

Pours a regular IPA color, aroma is citrus pineapple I get a little malt too, it is just faint, taste is orange tangerine a little sweetness then fades to pine bitterness, very nice.

Canned on 5/22/2024. Poured into a shaker glass. It's a classic New England appearance: dense, bright orange with a finger cap of fluffy, milk-white foam and copious amounts of thick, clinging lacing. A big, floral nose with lemon, lime, pineapple, ripe melon, and a whiff of pine. The taste follows closely with a great balance of tart lemon, bitter grapefruit, pine sap, mint, and the sweetness of tangerine and pineapple. There is also a hint of coconut in the background from the Sabro hops. It has a tropical cocktail quality There is sharp, biting bitterness from the El Dorado. The flavors are highly complimentary. This ale is well-bodied with pleasant carbonation, and the 8% ABV gives it good substance without distracting. Overall, I am very impressed with this new DIPA from Cape May. It's a fine recipe that is well-crafted and a pleasure to drink.
