A couple of twelve ounce cans were emptied entirely into a clear glass liter mug. The pours went a bit foamy, but that can happen with wheat infused beer. There's plenty of strawberry in the air initially, then it's joined with a solid dose of citrus. Beneath the white foam, that receded quickly, is a dark orange-amber liquid, somewhat bright and certainly cloudy. Once the foam settled into a proper head, it endured. It drinks lightly and much more tart than sour. The citrus overpowers the berry taste a bit, but it's pleasant, nonetheless. Unfortunately, it's not quite up to the inviting characteristics of its sight and smell. The body crosses the tongue a little too lightly, the taste doesn't provide enough strawberry and somehow, the citrus component adds something akin to saltiness to a fault. No doubt, this could be very refreshing on a sweltering hot day, at least for the first one. It doesn't take long for the lack of balance between berry and lemon, then the flimsy wheated body, to be exposed. After a while, it seems like a moderately tart seltzer. Its glass lacing is about the same.
