Draft offering at the brewery. The brew appears a hazy pale yellow color with a firm white cap. As the head fades, it leaves some spotty lace clinging to the glass.
The smell is sweet with cereal grains. Some lemon-like coriander, clove and sulfur breaks up the enjoyable aspects.
The taste is a bit sweet with grain like wheat. Spicy yeast notes of clove before blending back to a straw-like grain note. Its not bad but a little too sweet and it clashes with the sulfuric aspect.
This is medium in body with a light amount of carbonation. Overall not bad but mot something I would want to drink much of.
