Draft offering at the brewery. It appears a clouded yellow color with a white cap that holds fairly decent leaving patchy lace sticking to the glass.
The aroma is mostly hoppy with a neutral herbal character that isnt really distinct or displaying any depth of character. Not bad by any means but also not vibrant and exciting.
The taste is reminescent of lemons, very rindy with a dryness of fresh grains and a lasting herbal and pithy bitterness into the finish. The malt aspect is evident but provides no sweetness which is nice.
This is a light bodied brew with a moderate amount of carbonation. Quite very dry and enjoyable as far as APA's go. Id revisit this again if I knew it was going to be a fresh batch or of they bumped the hops just a little to make them shine just a bit more.
