this is a tasty clean golden sour with peach and mango, courtesy of my parents travels to florida. i think i liked the strawberry edition just a little more, but this is good too, the peach is in front of the mango to me, and its nice and dry, not sugary, which gives it a certain adult vibe, i like that. its nicely carbonated, relatively clean on the lactic souring although not perfectly so, a touch sweaty in the nose but not in the flavor, lemon notes from it too are nice and complimentary to the fruit. the grain body is super light and so is the flavor, really its just a little earthy cereal character that keeps it beery, puckery but not sharp, fermented near dry. the peach and mango both are appreciable, although they also both seem slightly candied to me in taste, not in residual sugar, or dried maybe, concentrated slightly, which was true with the strawberry edition as well. a light white wine note to this, good finishing tang, and summery vibes all around. a more natural fruit complexion here would make this really distinct, but its better than average even still, and shows some real competency in the brew house. it was fun to drink through a bunch of their beers, they are doing some clever stuff. looks like tons of fruit combinations on this base, a nice base to play around with for sure.
