A: single finger white foamy head. Straw colored and minimally hazy.
S: wheat, bread and lemon.
T: lots of bread and biscuit up front with a strong semi-sour finish. Spice notes.
M: light to medium body. High carbonation.
Overall: drinkable but not the best wit beer. It is more unique than many wits I have tried but not quite the right combination of spice, breads and citrus I like.

A - poured with one finger of white foam on a slightly hazy golden body. The head fades pretty quickly and leaves nice lace.
S - spicy wheat and a little bit of coriander.
T - spicy wheat up front with lots of coriander following quickly. Maintains the same flavor profile throughout. Light bitterness and a hint if hops in the finish.
M - medium body, moderate carbonation, and a balanced finish.
D - drinkable, but it is still a wit, and it isn't one of the few that guides above the limitations if the style.

The wife had 2 of these and I tasted it quite a bit to review it.
Not sure if its a witbier or American wheat, is not a hefe for sure
A: Not cloudy so 1 assumes it filtered. pale off yellow color, about 1/4 inch head and some lacing, of course its so cold out of the tap its hard to tell. Still looks nice.
S: Some wheat malt, some sweetness from that detected but I only really detected the hops. Mild hop bitterness is about all there is to it.
T: not really getting anything special its not a hefe, its kind of watery really. just a plain wheat flavored pale ale, and its just ok.
M: light and refreshing, nice carbonation. Light body, a tad too light for me to rate it higher.
O: its a chicks beer for chicks that hate beer and what a light beer taste, ie no taste.
