A - Poured with a small head if off white foam on a hazy, golden brown body. The head settles quickly and leaves little lace.
S - Sweet malt, honey oak and lots of vanilla.
T - Sweet, dense malt up front. Some honey and toffee in the middle with vanilla. More vanilla, oak, and herbal hops in the finish.
M - Medium thick body, moderate carbonation, and a slightly sweet finish.
D - Very nice, the unique barrel character works well with the honey. Balanced, complex, and drinkable.
