A: Off white head, mahogany body with an amber hue.
S: Clean, dry, nothing really jumping out.
T/M: Smooth bitterness all the way through, hints of caramel malts. Lingering presence is weak making for a highly drinkable Irish beer. Good amount of caramel flavor to keep me interested.
O: Happy to start out with this for the holiday. Could stick with this one and make it a session.

Single finger off white head on a slightly hazy deep amber body. Aroma is mostly sweet caramel malt which is a little mild. Flavor is a nice full caramel malt with a slight smokey and wood note. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Overall this one is very a good, a little off from what I expected from the style but flavorful and drinkable.
