Part of the pilot batch series of 15 gallon batches.
A: half finger head with poor retentionon your typical murky pale golden body. Minimal lacing.
S: Nice melon and lemon combo providing sweetness on a wheat and light grain background.
T: starts as typical wit with light corriander, wheat, light grains moving to light semi sweet lemon with the melon coming in late in te finish.
M: light body and high carbonation.
Overall: the melon is noticed but as you drink it it becomes harder to pull out. Certainly very drinkable especially for summer months probably more so than any other beer I have had.
