Single finger off white head with excellent lacing on a dark brown body. Aroma is a bit mild with mostly roasted malts, milk chocolate and earthy and grapefruit hops. Flavor is well balanced but both the roasted malts and hops are understated. Similar hop flavor has experienced in the aroma. Milk chocolate notes. Medium body and moderate to high carbonation. This one is a little overcarbonated. Highly drinkable though for the style but sacrifices roasted/coffee bitterness and hoppiness to be so.
