Thin head on a hazy to cloudy dull gold with copper hue body. Aroma is mostly of lemon zest, peppercorn, herbal and floral hops, light on the pale malts. Flavor is fairly sharp at first with jasmine and other floral notes following with with tart orange peel and a grassy and aspirin medicinal finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation, coats the palate a little but not very malty. A nice beer, not very exciting but the jasmine is well applied. Just a little to medicinal a finish for me.
