tasted nothing like strawberries but not bad, but not great, they certainly have better beer than this, but it's enjoyable in a pinch

Appearance: A light, lightly pale yellow body with a bit of haziness to it and noted hint of pink. Fine, white head.
Smell: Modest maltiness on the nose with small, soft notes of lemon and implied sweetness, though the sweet strawberry is the dominant aroma.
Taste: Crisp, puffed cereal maltiness with a little lick of clover honey sweetness and a burst of strawberry flavoring that continues out beyond the crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus, finely textured, active carbonation.
Overall: I would certainly prefer their standard offering over the strawberry-dosed version, but, I suppose it's fine, for being a fruited-up beer.

A - Cloudy. This beer is very cloudy, so much so that it is opaque pink even though the regular Kolsch is crystal clear. This could only be because of the strawberry addition. I am told they use real fruit which seems to come out in other aspects of this beer.
S - Smells of fresh strawberries with the smell of the regular Kolsch remaining in the background adding grass or hay notes to the fruit.
T - Once again, the strawberries really shine. Fresh, light, and crisp. The light flavor of the Kolsch does not overpower or clash with the fruit.
O - The lightest and maybe freshest strawberry smoothie I have ever had. And it'll maintain that buzz for hours to come. An easy drinking fruit beer that goes over well even with drinkers that don't normally prefer beers with fruit.
