Holy f***ing cherry batman!
A - Deep red hue, possibly even crimson for you Alabama fans. Nice thick, almost pinkish, and lingering head on this one.
S - Did my intro not say it all. The cherry certainly comes through on the smell and goes well with the belgian fruitiness produced by the yeast.
T - Great dark and sweet cherries seem to go well with the tartness produced by the belgian farmhouse yeast. Sweeter than I generally prefer but certainly not out of line with my expectations for this sort of beer.
M - Medium body with high carbonation. Finishes dry but sweet.
O - Not my normal style of choice but seems to be well done. The first fruity Saison I have tried. The slight sour notes that come out in some aspects of this beer pair well the sweet cherries added to this brew.
