Heading to the beach to catch some rays? Venturing out to neighboring towns for some local fare? Forget the car and hop on the good ol’ two-wheeled pedal pusher and CRUISE THE PATH! El Segundo sits smack dab in the middle of a 22 mile coastal stretch that leads you to many of L.A.’s popular tourist spots to the north and some of it’s best kept secrets to the south! Sure that’s a lot of biking, luckily there’ll be a cold beer waiting for you at El Segundo Brewing Company upon your return!

Went to Windmill Farms to grab some stuff for Chad and $113 later I had way too much beer. Had heard good things about the “Postcard” series so picked up three of them today as I already had one at home. Gave Visit El Segundo a 3.98 and Brave the S-Pipe a 4.02 both on June 11, 2021. Their website called it “Heading to the beach to catch some rays? Venturing out to neighboring towns for some local fare? Forget the car and hop on the good ol’ two-wheeled pedal pusher and CRUISE THE PATH! El Segundo sits smack dab in the middle of a 22 mile coastal stretch that leads you to many of L.A.’s popular tourist spots to the north and some of it’s best kept secrets to the south! Hops mentioned were Strata and Centennial. Interesting hop combo.

Poured a clear medium yellow color with 4-to-5 fingers of rocky white head. Could see some bubbles coming up from the bottom of the class. Excellent spotty lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled big Strata, grapefruit, dank weed, pine, lime, wet grass, dry Centennial and lemon zest. Not quite as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got Strata, grapefruit, dank weed, pine, lime, black pepper, wet grass, dry Centennial, lemon zest and somehow hints of marshmallow. Was getting almost all of that 9.9 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Long, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.25)

Might have overrated this just a little bit but still glad I got a can. (Overall - 4.00)
