Draft: Poured a cloudy golden color lambic with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of light funky ester with some oak and light tart notes. Taste is also a nice mix of funky ester with some green apple tratnotes and oak with a dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Smoother than the bottle version.

This is the 4.8% draft version. 50% of 1 year old meerts from Boon and 50% of 1 and 2 year old Lambics from Lindemans, Cantillon, and Girardin.
White head with a little lace. Dark golden color.
Lots of funk here. The Girardin comes through nicely. A bit dry/champagne like. Lemon citrus with some stone fruit notes. Oaky with basement musk. Very complex, very smooth, very drinkable. It definitely tastes older than it really is.

Had this at Akkurat - it was explained as a draft only blend made for Akkurat that was higher alcohol than the bottled version (and different from the draft version). This was tasty, but more subdued in flavor - more wood, comparable funk and far less tart than the bottle.
