4oz sample at Chandler location (Ahwatukee) - Like previous review, this beer was a bit cloudy, decent head and a bit too sweet. Carbonation and feel was great but lacking hops for a nice balance. Not awful but wouldn't order a full pint.

I would like to start this review by saying that this beer was not terrible, but it was so far removed from the style that it would be hard to give it higher marks. It was way more akin to a Blonde ale than a Pilsner.
Beer was poured in a chilled 22 oz mug. One finger head with not much retention. This beer is a very cloudy pale yellow. I don't think this much cloudiness is a good sign for a lager in general much less a Pilsner. Aroma is buiscuty malt and some fruit. Very little hop presence. Flavor has a little too much sweetness to it for me in general, but not bad as a foil for this restaurant's fairly spicy (and pretty good) New Mexican food.
As I said above, if you handed me this beer and told me it was a Blonde Ale, I would belive it in a second. It still wouldn't blow me away, but trying to compare this to a Pilsner just seems odd.
