L- Super-pale yellow, slightly hazy, pours with 1mm head that mostly clears swiftly.
S- Different and hard to pin down. There is some kind of citrus aspect to it, but no single thing stands out to be ID'd.
T- Oh boy! This is very different, but it makes me think of mixing say 20% citrus juice with 80% soda. I get citric acid on the front, then no idenitiable malts, grains and so on into an austere dry/citrus finish.
F- Dry, citrus/citric and yes sour.
O- Completely a hipster thing, from the styling of the lable to the fact that in several ways this doesn't seem to resemble beer at all.
Bought from Wholefoods, London W8. 330ml can £2 BB: 7/March/2021. It pains me to say but I wouldn't drink this again if handed a can for free.
