12 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled 10/23/17, had 1/24/18.
Pours kind of a golden/amber color, a little cloudy, with a two inch foamy head with great retention and lots of foamy lacing. Aromas of malt, honey, wheat, some toffee, light yeast, light black pepper. The taste is malt, honey, some caramel, faint orange, a light hop bitterness throughout. The taste is a drop off from the aroma. Mostly smooth, a good lighter body, well carbonated.
Not bad, just nothing out of the ordinary. Great aroma, but the flavor is ordinary. The orange only seems to add bitterness. If you try this, one or two bottles will be enough.
