Pours dark and mostly opaque, with a one inch foamy head and thicker foamy lacing. Aromas of coffee, malt, chocolate, toffee, caramel, light smoke, a light herbal aroma, a little cinnamon when warm. The taste is coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, cocoa, light molasses, a light herbal flavor. Smooth, creamy, a solid full body, well carbonated.

Well developed flavors and aromas, the coffee is definitely the star. The chamomile shows more in the flavor, but subtle overall. This is solid from top to bottom, hope they bottle it.
