12 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled 10/17/18, had 5/7/19.
Pours a hazy bright yellow, with a two inch foamy head and a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of grassy, herbal hops, wheat, malt, some yeast, a little black pepper when warm. The flavor starts with a good amount of grassy/herbal hop bitterness up front and some on the finish, then malt, wheat, light yeast, a hint of vanilla. Smooth, semi- dry, a good lighter body, well carbonated on the high side.
This is enjoyable, has a nice hop blend. Good aroma and flavor, well balanced between the hops and malt. Worth a try.
