375 ml bottle into a tulip snifter. Had 1/21/21.
Pours a clear, bright orange, with a half inch foamy head and a decent amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of yeast, apricot, white grapes, white wine, light malt, light funk and tartness, has a bit of a spicy aroma. Flavors of white grapes, malt, some apricot and white wine, a little funk. Has a somewhat spicy flavor, lightly tart and a little sour, with a sweet note as it warms. Smooth, a good lighter body, well carbonated.
The apricots show well, and it has a very good aroma, but didn’t think the Brett added much and it’s not very sour. Certainly enjoyable, though.
