12 ounce bottle into a goblet. Had 6/23/21.
Pours a lighter brown amber- possibly the lightest color Dubbel ever, cloudy, with a one inch foamy head and a decent amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of malt, spices, caramel, light smoke briefly. Has a fruity aroma, with a hint of funk and a light sweet note. Flavors of malt, some spices, some cherries, cream soda, light caramel, a light sweet note. Mostly smooth, dry, a thin light to medium body, well carbonated.
Doesn’t resemble a Dubbel in any way and unfortunately, it’s not very good. I love Greenbush, so don’t know what happened with this. Maybe a bad bottle?
