On tap at the brewery, a Citra IPA made with mango in collaboration with the Haymarket Brewery.
Unfiltered orange with hints of golden brown. An offwhite head, light lace and good retention. Nose has s bunch of tropical fruits, mango and peach predominantly and a sugary sweetness. Taste has more peach, mango with an herbal/piney bitterness. A light sweet maltiness compliments, but hops dominate. Long lasting bitterness, medium body that's almost a bit pulpy. A nice IPA with solid fruit flavour.
