Bottle from CWBlues, thanks Cy! 12oz into a tulip.
Maroon, with big big cream coloured head. Sheeted lacing, and pretty solid retention. Nose is sugary, mild dark fruits, some leafy notes, grape skins, Belgian yeast and gentle associated spice character along with that. Taste has some Belgian yeast, dark fruits, spinach/kale, earth, and other non-descript veggie character. Some dryness and sweetness in the finish. Medium carbonation, and a stickier medium body. Something is up with the Greenbush bottles, this isn't the first off bottle I've had.
