On tap at the surf brewery tasting room. Served in a snifter.
Described as: an Imperial Brown with plenty of malty flavor with a dry smooth finish and a hint of resin hop bitterness, will make you forget the high ABV.
19°P 70 IBU 12 SRM Alc. Vol. 9.5%
My favorite of the 8 surf beers I tried. Medium/light murky brown. Nice head. smells sweet with slight hopiness. Niced balanced taste. Dangerous - I could drink quite a few, alcohol well hidden. Nice level of carbonation, on the higher end which I like.
Overall a very enjoyable beer - would take home a growler if I could. Congrats to their first year.
